Born in Quitman, Mississippi on October 8, 1955 is preceded in death by her parents: Wallace Downey, Avie Holloman and brother Cleo Downey. Wanda leaves behind a loving memory that shall live on in life through her Husband: Alfred Wern, Siblings: Nancy Brown and Steven Downey, Daughters: Tifney Wortham and Tasha Salge, and all of nanas grandchildren: Shane Salge, Kyleigh Wortham, Daisy Salge, Ely Salge, Dixie Salge, and Furbaby: Princess and a host of extended family members and friends.
