Vivian A. Marnell, 82, of Manalapan, NJ passed away on February 7, 2022, at the Chelsea assisted living facility in Manalapan, NJ. She was born on January 26, 1940, to the late Valentine and Florence Klueg in Brooklyn, NY. Vivian resided in New York before moving to New Jersey in the summer of 1998 where she has resided for the last 24 years. Vivian loved to create, and she enjoyed various crafts such as sewing and making chocolates. She was also an avid gardener. Vivian will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Vivian is survived by her two sons David and Dean; her daughter, Dana; her two sisters, Elinor and Carol and her husband Frank; and her four grandchildren Alex, Joseph, Alec and Isabel. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Daniel Marnell in 2012. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 10, 2022, from 12pm to 2pm and 5pm to 8pm at Waitt Funeral Home, 501 HWY 79, Morganville, NJ 07751. Vivian will be laid to rest privately next to her beloved husband Daniel at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Memorial Cemetery.
