Obituary Vincent A. Perrotta Vincent A. Perrotta, 65, Frackville, formerly of Brooklyn, NY, passed away on Monday, June 20th at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown. Born in Brooklyn, he was a son of the late Vincent and Rita Cisarano Perrotta. He owned and operated his own restaurant, Vinny’s II Italian Restaurant until moving to Frackville. Vinny was an incredible chef who had a passion for cooking. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Billy Perrotta. Vinny is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Grace Perrotta, Frackville; his daughter, Diana Perrotta, Frackville and by their beloved dog, Joey. Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Thomas M. Sullivan Funeral Home Inc., Frackville is in charge of the arrangements.
