Trayce Bucci, 48 of Somers Point, NJ, passed away on Thursday, September 22, 2022. Born on August 2nd, 1974 in Darby, Pennsylvania she was the daughter of the late Samuel E Waltz and the late Mary L (Reardon) Atkins. Trayce is survived by her loving daughter Marissa Bucci who Trayce considered to be her world , her brother and lifelong best friend Shawn Waltz, Sister in law Claire Waltz, nephews Jacob Waltz and Samuel Waltz, who loved to spend days on the beach with her, goddaughter Sierra Harris who spent time with Trayce prior to her passing and made her feel supported and loved, Sister Shannon Ellertson and her husband Stanley, Denise (Bucci) Pohorilla who always considered Trayce a daughter and loved her deeply, and several nieces. Trayce enjoyed listening to Fleetwood Mac, relaxing on the local NJ beaches, boating and playing softball in her younger years. A kind, compassionate person with a heart of gold, she loved those who were close to her, especially her best friends Karen Carpinelli who was her biggest cheerleader in all of Trayce`s life changes and Kartha Mooney who spent years supporting Trayce in all stages of her life. Anyone who knew Trayce knew she had an avid love for rescuing animals, especially dogs.
