View Tribute Book Timmie Dean “Tim” Church, 62, Ozark, passed away Friday, September 9, 2022 at James River Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Springfield. He was born July 23, 1960 in North Wilkesboro, North Carolina the son of Buster and Vera Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, Linda Kay, Brenda Faye and Sandra Nadine, who past in their infancies. Tim was the life of the party. A laid-back soul who wanted to always have a good time. He could almost always be found with his guitar or at least with it nearby. Playing and making music was one of his greatest joys, and he could easily be found at any cookout of firepit or performing at the occasional music festival. He is survived by his daughter, Abbie (Church) Dohmen and her husband William, his son, Jerrod Church and his wife Alexandria, a granddaughter, Emma Dohmen, his siblings, Ruth Ann Rowden, Kenneth Ray Church, Jimmie Joe Church, David Lee Church, Connie Jean Crain, John Wesley Church and his wife Mary, and Vickie Lynette Powell and her husband Tim, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. A visitation / gathering will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Friday, September 23, 2022 at J.D. Lee and Sons Funeral Home, Rogersville. A memorial graveside will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 24, 2022 at Gann Cemetery, near Conway.
