Obituary On October 10, 2022. Age 80. Of Gloucester City. Loving and devoted husband of 59 years to Carol A. Quicksell (nee Morse). Beloved father of Thomas R. Quicksell, Timothy S. Quicksell and Cheryl McDonald (Michael). Predeceased by his parents, Robert and Frances Quicksell. Tom was a graduate of Mastbaum High School class of 1960. He went on to proudly serve our country in the U.S. Air Force. Tom was the operations manager of Mt. Ephraim Storage in Gloucester City for many years. He was the Past President of Gloucester City Little League in the 1980’s and a Gloucester City Council Member from 1989 to 1992, where he served on the Public Works Committee and License Committee as well as the Chairman of Public Buildings. Tom was a board member of the NJ Board of Public Movers. Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Saturday, October 22, 2022 from 2 to 3:30 PM at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME, 851 Monmouth St., Gloucester City. Family and friends will be encouraged to share their stories of Tom at the conclusion of the visitation. Military Honors will be celebrated in the funeral home at the conclusion of the services.
