Susan K. Sacchetti of Stafford Township, NJ, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Tuesday, November 15, 2022. Born in Stratford, NJ, Susan was a lifelong resident of South Jersey where she most recently lived in Stafford Township. She lived near the beach that she loved so much, enjoying the water and beautiful sunsets. Susan loved her children more than anything and she so enjoyed hearing about their many activities and successes. When Susan was young, she loved to swim and was a very good swimmer. More recently, she was happy spending time with her boyfriend Jim who she cared about so much. In her free time, Susan liked listening to live music at her favorite local places. She loved to cook and it was always her way of contributing to others. She was so good at meeting people and making new friends. Susan truly enjoyed her job as a Customer Service Executive at ServiceMac, and was really good at keeping in touch with her friends, clients and coworkers from PHH Mortgage, where she worked for most of her career. Susan had a gift for making new friends and was known to light up any room with her smile and optimism. Susan is survived by her children, Daniel Sacchetti, Nicole Sacchetti (Rocco) and Sophia Sacchetti; her father and mother, Joseph O’Donnell and Kathleen Stratton; her sister Amy Costa (John); and her nephew and niece John and Christina Costa. Relatives and friends may greet the family on Sunday, November 20, 2022, from 1:30-4PM, at the Mathis Funeral Home, 58 N. Main St., Medford, NJ. A memorial service will follow at 4PM at the funeral home. Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Susan’s memory to The Sophia College Fund.
