Obituary Stephanie Leigh Capps, 54, of Pikeville, passed away on Monday, November 21, 2022 at her home. Stephanie was born in Wayne County on July 26, 1968 to Linda Edwards Capps and the late Walter Theron Capps. In addition to her mother, Stephanie is survived by her brother, Steve Capps and wife Twila of Goldsboro; nieces, Emily Capps Hopkins and husband Derek of Princeton and Lauren Capps of Rosewood; great nieces and nephews, Layla Tripplet, Ava Hopkins, Leighton Norris, and Tate Hopkins; her four-legged companion, Annabell and several other family and friends. Stephanie was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She will be dearly missed but precious memories will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. The memorial service will be held at 7:00 PM, on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at Casey Funeral Home and Cremations Chapel with Reverend Kelley Buffaloe officiating. The visitation will be held one hour prior the service from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Casey Funeral Home and Cremations in Princeton.
