Sarah Elizabeth Dixon March 17, 1932 – October 31, 2022 RICHBURG, S.C. Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Kirkpatrick Dixon, age 90 died Monday October 31, 2022 at her home. The Visitation for Mrs. Dixon will be from 1-2 P.M. Friday November 4, 2022 at Jerry Hartley Funeral Home, with Graveside Service and burial to be at Cedar Shoals Presbyterian Church beside her late husband Mr. Floyd Watson Dixon, Jr at 2:30 P.M. Mrs. Sarah was born March 17, 1932 in Roseland, New Jersey a daughter of George Frazier Kirkpatrick and Sarah Ella Bankhead Kirkpatrick. She was a Graduate of Winthrop University with a Masters Degree Of Education, a member of Alpha Delta Kappa, a Retired Teacher with the Lancaster County School District, having taught at South Junior High School. She loved her Church Cedar Shoals Presbyterian Church, and was the last member. She was a member of The Order Of The Easter Star Richburg Chapter, her hobbies were Sewing making Quilts, knitting, and a professional seamstress. Mrs. Sarah was a very active member of the Edgemoor Senior Center. Mrs. Sarah is survived by 1 Son George Frank Dixon (Amy Hunter Dixon) of Richburg, and 1 Daughter Kathy Dixon Small (Max P. Small, Jr) of High Point, North Carolina, 2 Grandchildren Brian Small (Kimberly Vass) and Sarah Nardi (Kevin) and 1 Great Grandchild Riley Nardi, and 1 Sister in Law Sara Pressley. She was Preceded in Death by a brother Frazier Kirkpatrick and his wife Alice Kirkpatrick.
