Obituary Sandra Lynn (Ward) Raymo, 66, of Hillsboro, IL passed away on Thursday, August 18, 2022 at 5:50 P.M. at Hillsboro Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Hillsboro, IL. Cremation rites were accorded and no services are planned at this time. Ms. Raymo was born on December 31, 1955 in Japan to the late James R. and Jeannette (Peterson) Ward. She was a Breese Central High School graduate, Class of 1974 and attained her bachelor’s degree at McKendree College in Lebanon, IL. She married Marvin Holtgrave in 1977 and they later divorced, in 2000 she married Joe Raymo and they later divorced. She had worked as an accountant at Nidec Corp. Ms. Raymo loved to watch movies, read, and knit. She had lived in Germantown, IL; Trenton, IL; Highland, IL; St. Louis, MO; and Hillsboro, IL during her lifetime. Ms. Raymo is survived by her children, Shannon Holtgrave of Hillsboro, IL and Shaun Holtgrave of St. Louis, MO; grandchildren, Morgan Holtgrave, Kelsey Holtgrave, and Claudia (Sam) Holtgrave; and her siblings, Pam Mueller, Michael Ward, and Christina White.
