Obituary Mr. Ronald E. Carbaugh, 84, of Waynesboro, PA passed away Sunday, December 11, 2022, in the emergency room of the Waynesboro Hospital. Born October 29, 1938 in Waynesboro, he was the son of the late Theodore and Genevieve Carbaugh. Mr. Carbaugh was a graduate of Waynesboro Senior High School and later served 4 years in the United States Air Force. He and his wife of over 15 years, Lisa E. (Gardenhour) Carbaugh, were married on December 4, 2007 in Waynesboro. Mr. Carbaugh worked for IBM at various locations as a computer technician. He later managed the Waynesboro Fish and Game for several years. He was a member of Faith United Methodist Church, the Isaac Walton League, Eagles Club, Inc., Moose Lodge #1191 and William Max McLaughlin V.F.W. Post #695, all of Waynesboro. Mr. Carbaugh enjoyed all electronics – especially computers, going out to dinner with friends and spending time with his family. In addition to his wife, he is survived by four children, Bruce Carbaugh (Leslie) of Fairfield, PA, Mark Carbaugh of Houston, TX, Diedre Largent of Waynesboro and Darcie Welsh of Waynesboro; and 12 grandchildren.
