Rolando was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, on June 22nd, 1982, to his parents Wilfredo Ofarrill and Lydia Perez. Rolando was predeceased by his parents and his loving wife: Gricelle Ofarrill. Rolando was loved by his family. he leaves to cherish his memories Three Brothers: Michael Ofarrill, William Ofarrill and Rafael Flores Perez, Two Sisters: Flor Zayas and Ana Maria Pabellon Perez, and a host of family and friends.
