Obituary Robert Carl Nitche (Robbie), a loving family man, passed away on January 16, 2022. He was 73. As a boy he lived in Roselle and graduated from Abraham Clark High School. He received a BA from University of Bridgeport and attended graduate courses at F.D.U. He was a 25 year employee of the Federal Government in N.Y., in various areas such as Labor Relations, VA and SSA. Robbie was an excellent basketball and pool player. Robbie was predeceased by his parents Bob and Elsie, brother J. Albert and son, Robert Patrick. He is survived by his loving wife, Nancy (Ann Sloan). They would have celebrated 50 years of marriage on April 8, 2022. His devoted sons, Carl and Rob Edward, his daughter-in-law, Elizabeth; cherished grandson Martin James; also sisters-in-law, June Nitche, Barbara Sloan; brother-in-law, Stanton Sloan; as well as dear nieces, nephews, grandnieces and nephews. He will be sorely missed by his pets. May God hold him in His heart. His loving family will miss him greatly.
