Obituary Please share a memory of Robert to include in a keepsake book for family and friends. View Tribute Book Robert Bill, 72, of Meadville, passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at home. Robert was born in Susquehanna, on January 3, 1950, a son of the late Lawrence and Dorothy E. (Hough) Bill. He was affiliated with Christ Church Episcopal, Meadville. Following Robert’s graduation from Meadville High School in 1968 he became employed in the Wheel Shop as a Machinist for the former Erie Lackawanna and Conrail Railroads for a period of ten years. In 1978 he purchased a carpet cleaning business which he owned and operated for the next 25 years. Over the years he was a member of the NRA and the Meadville Sportsman Club where he enjoyed shooting skeet and trap. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing and in his earlier years bowling. Robert is survived by two sisters Dorothy Cutshall (Glenn) of Cambridge Springs, Martha Riddle of Meadville, several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents Robert was preceded in death by a nephew Joseph Redmond, Jr.; and a brother in law Stanley Riddle. Per Robert’s request, there will be no services.
