View Tribute Book RICHARD “WIRE” JUSTUS, 64 years of age of Hurley, VA, passed away Monday, November 14, 2022, at his home due to an extended illness. Born at Grundy Hospital in Buchanan County, he was the son of Leonard and the late Fern (Scarberry) Justus. He was a lifelong resident of Buchanan County and attended church at the Kelsa Chapel. He was a loving son, brother, a coal truck driver and loved attending church with his dad at Kelsa Chapel. Ricky was a good man and was friendly to everyone always wanting to help if he could. He loved his family and will be greatly missed. May he rest in peace in the hands of our Lord Jesus Christ amen. He was preceded in death by his mother: Fern (Scarberry) Justus, August 20, 2010. Those left to cherish his memory include his father: Leonard Justus, Hurley, VA; brother: Herbert (Pamela S.) Justus, Lebanon, VA; 2-nephews: Michael (Ashley) Justus, Lebanon, VA, Aaron (Kandi) Justus, Lebanon, VA; 2-great nephews: Benjamin and Blake Justus, Lebanon, VA; 1-great niece: Aryanna Justus, Lebanon, VA. Memorial Services for RICHARD “WIRE” JUSTUS will be conducted. Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at 7:00 P.M. at the Kelsa Chapel with Pastor Ervin Hurley officiating.
