RISSEL, Raymond M. Beloved husband of Peggy (nee Vonderhaar) Rissel. Devoted father of Elizabeth Conn and Melissa Doyle. Dear grandfather of Zain, Kolten and Rhylin Conn, Grayson and Tabitha Doyle. Loving brother of Judy Howell, Roberta Farley and the late Sally Harover. Preceded in death by his parents David and Florence (St. John) Rissel. Passed away on Friday, September 2, 2022 at the age of 70. Resident of Mt. Healthy. Celebration of his life will be held at White Oak Christian Church 3675 Blue Rock Rd.
