Obituary Homer King, 81, of Seymour, passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2022. He attended Oak City Baptist Church and worked at Bike Athletics. Homer enjoyed working in his yard and visiting family in Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Lillie King and sister, Ruby Gibson. Homer is survived by his wife, Patsy; daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Steve Kerr; grandson, Zachary Kerr; brother and sister-in-law, Harold and Doris King; sisters-in-law, Estalee Newcomb and Barbara King; several nephews as well as many special friends and all of his neighbors. The family will receive friends from 11AM to 12PM Thursday at Atchley Funeral Home, Seymour with Service to follow at 12PM. Pastor Chris Kendall will be officiating.
