Funeral services for Mr. Philip “Tutu” Bordelon, Jr. will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, in the Chapel of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Ball, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville. Mr. Bordelon, 71, of Alexandria, entered eternal rest on Thursday, November 24, 2022, at the Lexington House, Alexandria, LA. He was a faithful employee for the City of Alexandria for over forty years. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and he loved Nascar racing. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Philip Bordelon, Sr. and Jeanette Bordelon; two brothers, Paul Bordelon and Bobby Bordelon; and one sister, Sharon Glenn. Those left to mourn his loss and cherish his memory include one son, David Bordelon, and his wife, Nicky, of Prairieville; one sister, Patricia Normand, of Kolin; and two grandchildren, Maddox Bordelon and Hudson Bordelon, of Prairieville. A time of visitation will be held in the Chapel of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville, on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. until time of service.
