View Tribute Book Paul Eugene Brown, of Rolla, MO, passed away Saturday, November 12, 2022 at the age of 61. He was born on June 10, 1961 in Rolla, MO to Steve Brown and Mildred (Stogsdill) Turner. Paul was preceded in death by his father, two brothers, David Brown and Steve Brown, Jr., and one sister, Jane Helgersen. Paul will be sadly missed by his surviving family which includes: his mother, Mildred Turner of Rolla, MO; a sister, Rebecca Brown of St. James, MO; a special friend, Monika Paulus of Rolla, MO; two nieces, Mandi Parks and husband, Zack and Morgan Miller and husband, Dustin; one nephew, Joshua Blackwell and wife, Robin; and one brother-in-law, Bill Helgersen.
