Obituary Pamela Whaley, age 66 of Sevierville, passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2022. Pamela enjoyed spending time with family the most. She enjoyed watching her grandchildren play sports, cheer and perform the arts. She was known for her genuineness, caring and helping of others. Taking rides with her family in UT golf carts around the mountains of Wears Valley was one of the things she looked forward to. She was a loyal fan to University of Tennessee Lady Vols and the Atlanta Braves. Pamela was preceded in death by her father James Bud Miller and mother and father-in-law Pearl and Gene Whaley. Survivors include her husband of 49 years: Larry Whaley; sons: Kirk, Jason and Alan Whaley; daughters-in-law: Veronica, Jennifer and Jay Whaley; grandchildren: Julia, Tyler, Katie, Madison, Hunter, AJ, Asia, Ava, John and Milena Pearl; mother: Jean Orrick; sisters and brothers-in-law: Brenda and Rob Rhea, Maggie and Randy Northcutt, Francis and Michael Huskey, Connie Crowley; brother and sister-in-law: Billy and Stacey Rogers; sister-in-law and brother-in-law: James and Gail Headrick and many special nieces, nephews, and friends who she loved dearly. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Smoky Mountain Cancer Support Group, c/o Carlene Maples, 1954 Chapman Highway, Sevierville, TN 37876. The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Friday at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville. Family and friends will meet 11 AM Saturday in Valley View Cemetery for graveside service and interment with Rev.
