Born in Beaumont, MS, she moved to Bradenton in 1962 from Montgomery, AL and she attended Faith United Methodist Church. She was involved in teaching organizations and she sat on the Manatee County Rural Health Board of Directors. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Gerald “Jerry” Lowery; her sons, Robert Allen and Patrick Lowery; sister, Edith Shoemake; 3 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Memorial Services will be 11:00AM, Thursday, December 15, 2022 at Faith United Methodist Church 7215 1st Ave W, Bradenton, FL 34209.
