Obituary Onelia Montero, 87, passed away January 9, 2022 at Daughters of Israel Nursing Home. Born in Camaguey, Cuba, she had lived for many years in Cranford and most recently in West Orange, NJ. Services for Onelia will be private with an interment in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. She had worked independently as a seamstress. She was predeceased by her husband of 33 years Narciso Montero. Surviving are her three children and their spouses, Onelia and Michael R. Stevens, Maria and David Matthews, Narciso and Haydee Montero, six grand-children Susan, Arthur, David, Anna, Zandalee and Evan, and six great grand-daughters Maya, Sophie, Caroline, Emma, Elena and Abigail.
