Obituary Norma Jeanne (Cowan) Smith, 92, of Parkersburg, went to be with the Lord November 12, 2022. She was born April 27, 1930 in Bloomfield, NJ, a daughter of the late John Cowan Jr, and Mary (Bowker) Cowan Norma was a homemaker and was a retired Pharmacy Tech. She attended Parkersburg First Assembly of God in Parkersburg. Norma is survived by her three sons, Dean John Smith of Parkersburg, Drew Kenneth Smith of Cedar Grove, NJ, and Mark Smith of Parkersburg, one sister, Beverly Lippman of Williamstown, WV, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Smith, two sisters, Helen Cowan and Joan Winderweddle, brother, William Cowan, and daughter-in-law, Darlene Smith. A memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
