Niuma’s Obituary Niuma Franco Hernandez, 81, of Poplar St., Carlsbad, NM, passed away Monday, August 1, 2022 at UMC in Lubbock, TX. Visitation will be 1-6 PM Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at West Funeral Home. Rosary will be recited at 10:30 AM, Thursday, August 11, 2022 at San Jose Catholic Church, followed by Funeral Mass at 11 AM with Celebrant, Father Juan Carlos Ramirez.
