Michael R. Richard, Sr. passed away at the age of 74 on November 6, 2022. Loving husband to Denise for 53 years. Cherished and proud father of Michael (Melissa) Richard Jr. and Nicole (Patrick) DeLeon. Proud and loving Poppa of Dominic, Hannah, Malcom, and Emma. Survived by brothers Raymond (Marie), Donald, and sister Marie. Michael proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during Vietnam. After leaving the service, he began a career in computer information systems and over the course of his career worked for many prominent IT companies, until his retirement from Volkswagen after 20 years. After retirement, he worked as an IT consultant. More than anything, Michael loved spending time with his grandchildren and watching them grow. He spent many wonderful years with his family and friends at the family cottage and enjoyed taking evening trips around the lake on the pontoon.
