Obituary Michael Ray Davis passed away on Tuesday, August 9, 2022, in Ogden, Utah. He was seventy-five years old. Mike was born on February 23, 1947 in Ogden, Utah. He later moved to the Bay Area in California with his mother and father where he graduated from high school in 1965. After graduating from high school, Mike attended college for a short time before finding his trade in the meat industry. He was a meat manager at Harmons for more than 25 years. Mike was an avid sports fan and especially loved the Oakland Raiders where he was once a season ticket holder. His favorite sport to watch and follow was women’s softball. Mike was also an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed several fishing trips in Alaska and the Northern Territories. He always enjoyed going on hunting and fishing trips with his friends. He was usually very successful and hunted everything from birds to bucks. Mike also loved to spend time with his close friends in Ogden and especially loved his time with friends in Cokeville, Wyoming. Survivors include his nephew, Jeffery Davis, and his nieces, Nicole Brook and Jodell Garcia and their families. Mike also had many friends that he cared for dearly and loved spending time with. There will be an open house to celebrate Mike’s life at Myers Mortuary in Ogden on Saturday, August 13th at 1:00 PM.
