Obituary Mary Jim Brown, of Douglas, passed away on September 14th, 2022. A graveside service will be held on Friday September 16th, 2022 at Douglas cemetery in Marshall county Mary Jim Brown was born to Flossie and Albert Whitten on November 1st, 1921. She lived in the Douglas area all her life. Her life was devoted to her family during good times and during illnesses. She had three brothers who passed away on childhood and young adult years. In spite of hardships, she relied on her faith, family, and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Lloyd Brown; sons Jerry and Mike Brown; siblings Willie Hue Beauchamp, W.A.
