Obituary Mary Frances Brittain Kaylor, age 67, of North Drive, passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at Atrium Health – Lincoln. She was born November 25, 1954 in Cleveland County to the late Willard and Velleree Brittain. She worked for 25 years at Sweet Tree and then another 10 years at Somerset Court. Mary enjoyed listening to Charles Stanley on Sunday Mornings, watching gameshows and The Golden Girls. She loved her dogs and adored her grandbabies. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Smokey” Kaylor; sisters, Betty Hamrick and Brenda Mae Brittain Reinhardt Turner; and nephew, Marty Smith. Survivors include her children, Mallory K. Upton (Matthew), and Josh Kaylor; grandchildren, Corey Adams, Anna Marie Kaylor (Daniel), and Josie Hamrick (Kameron); great grandchildren, Savannah Willis, Brantley Spencer, Peyton Adams, Kehlani Wingate, Malachi Kaylor, and Stormie-Lou Wingate; sisters, Norma Jean Smith, and Nathalee Kaylor (Roger); and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
