Obituary Mary Doris Hartman entered this world on August 24, 1933 and left this world on December 1, 2022. She was the daughter of the late C. Henderson and M. Ruth Mellott and the last surviving child. She graduated from Lemasters High School and Hagerstown Business School. She worked at the Mercersburg Academy for fourteen years before marrying her late husband, Fred Hartman. She was a homemaker and stay at home mom before entering the banking world in 1986, after her daughter, Susan, left for Messiah College, until she retired. She is survived by her only child Susan W. Hartman-Reifsnider and husband Mike. Other surviving family members include brother in-law Rodney Hartman and wife Deb, sister in-law Mary Rhodes and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, 50 South Broad Street, Waynesboro, PA on Saturday, December 10, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment will immediately follow at Harbaugh Church Cemetery, 14223 Harbaugh Church Road, Waynesboro, PA. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be sent to the Mercersburg Academy, 100 Academy Drive, Mercersburg, PA 17236 or to the Waynesboro Fire Department, P.O.
