Obituary Martha Villegas Abella 49, of Capac, passed away Thursday, July 7, 2022, at home with family by her side. She was born in Mexico, April 23, 1973, the daughter of Ana Abella Martines and the late Pedro Villegas Ramires. She married Jesus Sancen Aguilera in 1995 in La Estancia, Guanajuato, Mexico. Martha moved to Capac in 2000 where she was a parishioner of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Capac. She was employed by the Vlasic Pickle factory in Imlay City where she had worked for 16 years. Martha loved Mexican soap operas, playing domino’s, cooking, sewing and spending time with her family. She enjoyed keeping up her home and walking with friends around town. Martha was a wonderful loving wife and mother. Surviving in addition to Jesus, her husband of 27 years, are a son, Jesus Sancen Villegas and a daughter, Ruby Sancen-Villegas, all of Capac; siblings, Raul, Alicia, Veronica, Alegandro Villegas-Abella. The family honors the memory of Martha and invites you to visit and share memories Monday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Kaatz Funeral Directors, Capac, with rosary devotion at 7:00 p.m. Rite of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Capac, with 10:00 a.m. visiting. Fr. Noel Emmanuel Cornelio will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Imlay City. Memorials are suggested to “Wishes of the Family”.
