Marie leaves behind her devoted and loving husband of 69 years , Carl; her daughter Carla and husband Chuck; her daughter Elena; her daughter Toni and husband Harry; her grandchildren Christina and her wife , Nicole; and her grandson Vincent and his fiance’ Jenna; her sister Nancy and brother in law Steve ; her niece Kim and her wife Tiffany and their family and her nephew Russell and his wife Jen and their family and her sister in law Carol and her family. Marie also leaves behind many of Carl’s nieces and nephews whom she loved and had special bonds with . She was predeceased by her loving brother Joseph and her devoted parents Edith and Frank . Anyone who knew Marie, knew that her greatest love and constant devotion was to her husband Carl and her family. Carl and Marie were inseparable and she spoke to her daughters and sister everyday . She adored her sister Nancy , who lovingly called her “Sissy” and loved her brother in law, Steve, who cared for her with all with all his might during these last few months. Marie was fiercely loyal to all she loved. She also had a fighting spirit and her family lovingly called her ” Rambo”. Marie was also a great friend and neighbor to all she had the honor of living next to in Brooklyn, Delray Beach Florida and lastly , Spring Lake Heights, New Jersey. Marie and Carl got to spend over 35 years in Florida, in their Las Verdes complex and were surrounded by tons of loving friends. It was their happy place! Marie was also blessed several years ago to meet our beautiful Dianna who cared for her with true kindness and compassion. Marie will be deeply and profoundly missed.
