Obituary Marie Clarine Williams, 85, of Suffolk, VA, quietly passed away in her daughter’s home on October 2, 2022. Marie Clarine Williams was born on October 15, 1936 to John Wesley Savage and Ethel Batts-Savage in Gates, North Carolina. Marie was the youngest of 7 children After leaving home, she landed a job working for Obici Hospital for many years. She was loved by co-workers and patients alike. Marie Clarine Williams was predeceased by Husband(s): Luther Britt Norfleet and widowed by Edward L. Williams. Brother(s): Bishop John R. Savage, and Sister(s): Dolly Savage-Johnson, Ida Savage-Diggs. Marie is survived by Brother(s): Elder Wesley Savage Jr. wife “Barbra Savage” Sister(s): Edna Savage-Butler, and Marion Savage-Knight (Twin) Her Children: Shebby J. Hill husband “Kenneth I. Hill”, William E. Norfleet wife “Brenda Norfleet, and Randy B. Norfleet. 11 Grandchildren, 19 Great Grandchildren, and 5 Great Great Grandchildren. And host of other family members and friends.
