View Tribute Book Manuel Tapia Rodriguez, age 101 years, of Kansas City, KS died November 8, 2022 in Kansas City, MO. He was born in Mexico on June 15, 1921 and moved to Kansas City, where he has been a lifelong resident. Manuel was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Kansas City, KS. He was a loving and memorable father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He will be missed by his family who held him so dear. He is preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, the late Anita Mendez Rodriguez; and his parents, Manuel and Maura Rodriguez. He is survived and will be missed by his three loving sons, Phillip Aguirre, Kansas City, KS., Henry Manuel Rodriguez, Kansas City, KS., and Gonzalo Rodriguez, Anaheim, CA.; seven daughters: Irma Giovani, Boston, MA., Josephine Aguirre, Overland Park, Gloria Estrada, Shawnee, Linda Rodriguez, Vacaville, CA., Maura Penn, Merriam, Theresa Mason, Parkville, and Martha Duron, Overland Park; many grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Monday, Nov. 14, 2022 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 1086 N. 94th St. Mass will begin at 11:00 a.m. at the church with burial to follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
