Obituary Lynn Andra Scott May 29, 1946 ~ October 1, 2022 Lynn Scott was born May 29, 1946 in Corsicana, TX and passed away October 1, 2022, from cancer. She accepted Christ and joined Hampton Place Baptist Church when she was 13 years of age, and later became a member of Cockrell Hill Baptist Church. She worked for Texas Instruments, USPS, Major Brand Oil Company and was the office manager for Boney Construction Company until her retirement. Lynn loved her many dogs and animals of any kind. She also loved traveling. Lynn married Curtis Scotts, Jr. in 2007. Although Lynn had no biological children of her own, she happily embraced her husband’s family as her own. She leaves behind a legacy of generosity and love. She was precede in death by her parents William and Emily Smith. She is survived by her husband Curtis Scott, Jr.; sons Roland Scott (wife, Ingrid), Vincent Scott (wife, Shennette), daughter Kelly Scott; 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren; her twin sister Gwyn Malone, sister and brother-in-law Denise and Kevin Sears; her devoted nieces Danielle Mauricio and Angela Clark, along with many other family members and friends. Her Celebration of Life is scheduled for Saturday, October 8, 2022 at 11:00 A.M., at Cockrell Hill Baptist Church. Location at 1128 S. Cockrell Hill Road, Dallas, TX 75211.
