Louis Theodore Baine, Sr. joined his beautiful wife, Elizabeth, in heaven on November 18, 2022. Louis was a proud member of Mount Vernon Presbyterian Church in Sandy Springs, GA for over 46 years. There, he and Elizabeth served and contributed to a variety of charities including Los Ninos Primeros, the Community Assistance Center, Families First, and the Zambia Scholarship Fund. Louis was preceded in death by Elizabeth, his parents – Taufec Baine and Nazareth Norse, and his brother Michael. He is survived by his children Louis Baine, Jr, Debbie Reagin (Lem), Linda Pfeffer (Dan), and Michael Baine (Stacy) and six grandchildren – Geoffrey Coggins, Rachel Gilliam, Valerie and John Pfeffer, Hannah Baine, and Chandler Echeverria. A Memorial Service will be held for Louis on Sunday, January 8 at Mount Vernon Presbyterian Church. The church address is 471 Mt. Vernon Hwy, NE in Sandy Springs, GA. 30328. All are welcome to attend the regular Sunday church service that begins at 10:30 or are welcome to arrive at 11:30 for a light lunch and fellowship in the Kirk Center, followed by the Memorial Service that will begin at 1:00. Louis was a devout Christian, wonderful father, steadfast friend, and role model in word and deed. We are all so much better for having Louis in our lives. The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations are made to Mount Vernon Presbyterian Church, 471 Mt. Vernon Hwy, NE in Sandy Springs, GA. 30328.
