Levi Matthew Cassidy Levi Matthew Cassidy, age 18 of the Sunrise Community in Macon County, TN passed away Friday evening, November 11, 2022 at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Levi is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette. Funeral Services for Levi Matthew Cassidy will be conducted Tuesday afternoon, November 15, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette with Brother Michael Horton officiating. Interment will follow in the Anderson & Son Memorial Park. Visitation will begin Monday afternoon from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and again on Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m. Family request memorials be made to assist the family with funeral expenses.
