Laura Jo Corley McCloud, of Birmingham, passed away November 24, 2022. Laura Jo was born in Birmingham and graduated from West End High School. She had two beautiful daughters with her husband Samuel McCloud. She retired from Hoover Toyota in 2016. She transitioned peacefully surrounded by her family and Paw Patrol. She was a member of Harvest Baptist Church and loved the Lord with all her heart. Laura Jo was preceded in death by her husband Samuel V. McCloud; mother Ruby M. Corley; father James Corley, Jr.; and brother Ronald Corley. She is prece uhded in death by her daughters Amanda Galleon (Adam), Chelle Easterling (Alan), and Brandy McCool (Mike); grandchildren Josselina Ramirez, Rhiannon McCool, Trista Smithlyon, Ryan Wingo (Shawnee); brothers Jack Corley (Mary), James Corley; and twin sister Linda Staggs. The visitation will be from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM, Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at Peoples Chapel Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 2:00 PM at the Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Wilmoth officiating. Memorial may be made to Wells of Hope.
