Obituary Joyce M. Dorsey Of Sanborn, NY, passed away on Friday, September 30, 2022, in DeGraff Memorial Hospital. She was born in Kenmore, NY, on March 3, 1965, the daughter of the late Patricia A. Young. Joyce grew up in Tonawanda and graduated from Ken-West High School and Niagara County Community College. She was a product specialist with VWR (Science Kit) for over 30 years. Joyce loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed camping , fishing, going to concerts, to Saratoga for the horse races and losing at Jeopardy to her husband. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Michael A. Dorsey and her children Joseph (Alicia) Dorsey, Danielle O’Brien and Jillian (Matthew) Hufnagel, seven grandchildren Alexa, Olivia, Emma, Julia, Sophia, Augustus and Jude and her siblings Timothy (Joan) and Raymond Chatfield, Deborah (Dave Watson) Cruz, Laurie (Peter) Ussery and Virginia (Richard) Strano, also many nieces and nephews. Joyce was the sister of the late Beverly Nottingham. Her family will be present on Friday from 2-6 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY.
