Woerner passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at the age of 91 and is now back with the love of his life for 68 years, the late Joyce Lee (neé Steele) Woerner. He was the cherished son of the late Joseph and Margaret Woerner, devoted, loving dad of Thomas Woerner, Connie (Scott) Kennedy, and Jenny (Rick) Sunderhaus, proud grandpa of Sarah (Chris) Wermuth and Rececca (Sean) Thacker and his great grandchildren, Noah Wermuth, Brandon Thacker, Caroline Thacker, and Ryan Thacker, and a dear brother of Martin (Carol) Woerner. Joe loved radio-controlled airplanes he built and flew and the friends he gathered while from doing this. He was a very kind and always had a smile to share. He loved his pets and grand pets. Services will be Private. If desired, family requests memorial contributions be directed in Mr. Woerner’s honor to Hospice of Cincinnati, PO Box 633597, Cincinnati, OH 45263. Read more
