Jose Maria Trevino, Jr., 58, of Lubbock, Texas passed away on September 7, 2022. Jose was born on November 22, 1963, in Lubbock, TX to Jose Maria Trevino, Sr. and Mary Trevino. Jose had a love for music and played several instruments. He formed a Tejano band, Tesoro, that toured and performed for several years. He enjoyed good conversation and meeting new people. He especially loved spending time with family and friends playing games and watching movies. Affectionately referred to as “Uncle O”, his pride and joy were his nephews and nieces. Loved ones include mother Mary Trevino; sister Barbara Trevino; sister Candy Garza (Gilbert) of Lubbock, TX. Nephews & Nieces: Toni Garza (Roger), Patrick Torres, Desirai Rodriguez (Charlie) & Jeremy Garza. Great-Nieces and Nephew: Juliana Trevino, Rosabella Trevino & Milo Garza-Marks. Preceded in death by Jose Maria Trevino, Sr. (Father), Romulo & Barbarita Trevino (Paternal Grandparents), Fabian & Maria Gonzales (Maternal Grandparents), Vickie Caballero (Aunt). Visitation will be held atSanders Funeral Home Sunday, September 11, 2022, at 1:00. A Rosary will follow at 2:00 PM.
