Villalba, 83 of Carteret passed away on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at John F. Kennedy Medical Center in Edison. Born in Tucuman, Argentina, Jose resided in Carteret for 41 years. He was at one time an actor and also enjoyed many things involving his family including camping, fishing and barbecues. Jose was an immense soccer fan and a Boca Jr’s fan. Jose was predeceased by his son, Lisandro Villalba. Surviving are his son, Manny Villalba and his wife Coury; former wife, Grace Strangio; grandchildren, Alexa, Brandon and Nicholas along with nephews, Carlos Monti and his wife Marisel and Domingo Monti. A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 23, 2022 from 3pm to 7pm at CHUBENKO FUNERAL HOME, 625 Port Reading Avenue, Port Reading, NJ 07064.
