Joseph Alexander McQuagge, “JoJo”, age 28, of Glenwood, AL died tragically on September 15, 2022. Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 19, 2022 at 2pm at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. He is survived by his parents, Jeffery and Sandra McQuagge of Glenwood, AL; uncles, Robert Whitehead and Tony McQuagge; aunts, Debra Martin and Betty Norton; sisters, Christina (Brooks) McQuagge of Montgomery, AL and Amber (Shon) Oswald of Troy, AL; nephews, Hayden McQuagge Bujnowski and Clayten Oswald; niece, Everleigh Oswald “Sissy”, and best friend, Josh Severs (Rae). Joseph was a simple man who loved to ride horses, hang out with his nephew around the fire listening to music and talking or going out with his friends. He laughed often, worried little and worked hard. Joseph was quick to help anyone in need, even trying to volunteer his time and family’s time as well. Joseph loved his family deeply and never left the house or hung up the phone without telling them. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.
