Jerry Lynn Hankins, of the Duck River Community, was born September 8, 1951, in Portsmouth, Ohio, and died at his home on December 8, 2022 at the age of 71 years. Mr. Hankins was preceded in death by his parents, William and Edith Prather Hankins and his brother, Bill Hankins. He is survived by his wife, Judy Jenkins Hankins, his daughter, Kimberly (Chuck) Taylor, granddaugthers, Megan, Rebecca, and Allison and great-grandchildren, Chloe and Mason. Mr. Hankins was a veteran of the United States Army and the Tennessee Army National Guard.
