Jean A. (Firnhaber) Levens, 92, of New Holland, passed away on August 30, 2022 at Hamilton Arms Center. Born in Abington, she was the daughter of the late Adolph and Ida (Stott) Firnhaber. She was the loving wife of the late John W. Levens, with whom she married on October 21, 1950 and shared forty five loving years of marriage until the time of his passing on March 1, 1995. Jean was a member of Our lady of Lourdes Catholic Church and was a homemaker. She enjoyed dogs. She is survived by her daughter: Jean A. wife of James L. North and grandchildren: Gregory M. Saltzman and Laura I. wife of Anant A. Wadhwa. Also surviving is a great granddaughter: Siena R. Wadhwa. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, September 2, 2022 at 2:00PM at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 150 Water Street, New Holland PA 17557. Inurnment will be held at the convenience of the family in Cape May County Veterans Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jean’s memory to Hospice and Community Care, 4075 Harrisburg Pike, Mount Joy PA 17552.
