Janet Lee Williams, age 69, passed away on August 28, 2022. She was born on July 6, 1953 in Detroit to John Williams and June Hughes Williams. Jan was a graduate of Henry Ford High School in Detroit. For much of her life she was employed as a salesperson, most recently at the family owned Gallery One Frame Shop, in Troy. Prior to her illness, she was an avid bowler and enjoyed collecting Boyd’s Bears. Jan enjoyed collecting special meaningful beads for her Pandora bracelets, enjoying a Pepsi and snacking on M&M’s with friends. She was a caring person and volunteered her time becoming very involved with Honor Flight in Michigan. Beloved daughter of the late John and June Williams. Loving sister of John (Linda) Williams and Joanne (Richard) Beher. Dear aunt of Jennifer (Franklin) Jaramillo, Kathleen (Mark) McMillan, Christopher Beher and Michael Beher. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 31 from 1:30 pm until time of Memorial Service at 3 pm at Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W. 11 Mile Rd. (4 blks E. of Woodward), Royal Oak.
