James William Lee, age 77, passed away Tuesday, November 22,2022 in Lexington. He was a truck driver. He is survived by his wife; Fonda Lee, 2 daughters; Darlene (Billy) Gore and Janet (Kelly) Flanagan, 5 grandchildren; Christopher Ryan Flanagan, Matthew Tyler Flanagan, Katlyn Michelle Flanagan, Eric Thomas, and Tiffany Hardee, and 5 great-grandchildren; Braxton Thomas, Alex Thomas, Jestina Thomas, Jeslan Hardee, and Waylon Hardee. He was preceded in death by a son; Kenneth Ray Tart, his parents; Watkins Albert and Sally Arminnie Lee, and 2 brothers; Robert E. Lee and Johnny Lee. Funeral services will be Saturday, November 26 at 1PM at Reed’s Chapel with burial to follow in the Beech River Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday 5PM-9PM and Saturday 12PM until service.
