Obituary JAMES ALBERT “JIM” REYNOLDS, 73, of Sidney, passed away at 10:50 P.M. Saturday, October 29, 2022 at Wilson Health. He was born on December 16, 1948 in Inglewood, California, the son of the late Melvin and Edith (Gibson) Reynolds. On August 23, 2020 he married the former Paulette “Penny” McConnell, who survives. Also surviving are four children, Bobby (Casey) Reynolds, Richard (Paula) Reynolds, Stefi (Joey Triplette) Reynolds, all three of Springfield, OH, and Phil Sams of Hamilton, OH; fifteen grandchildren; eleven grandchildren; and one sister, Debbie (Robert) Richardson of Trenton, GA. Jim was a veteran of the United States Army and served during the Vietnam War. He was retired from KTH where he worked as a machinist for more than 20 years. Prior to that, he worked for more than 20 years at Springfield Manufacturing until they closed. Jim enjoyed being on his boat, camping and riding his Harley. He was also an avid gun enthusiast. More than anything, Jim loved his family. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at 1 P.M. at Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home with Rev. A. Edward Webb officiating. Burial with military honors performed by the U.S. Army and the Sidney Veterans Honor Guard will follow at Cedar Point Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 11 A.M. until the time of service.
