James F. McAlpine, 81, of Trafford, AL., passed away on September 14, 2022. He is preceded in death by parents Alvin Lewis and Florence Harper McAlpine; daughter Cindy Dacus; brothers Charles, Bobby, and Richard McAlpine; sister Doris Loyd. He leaves behind sons Robbie McAlpine, Patrick Canada (Jo Ann); six grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; son-in-law Brian Dacus; sister Mary Ellen McCullough. The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at Lemley Funeral Home from 11:30 AM until 1:30 PM. A service will begin at 1:30 PM in the chapel. Lemley Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
