View Tribute Book James David Kittle, of Rolla, MO, passed away Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at the age of 74. He was born on May 23, 1948 in Waynesville, MO to the late Paul William Kittle and Naomi (Asher) Kittle. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Paul “Billy” William Kittle, Jr. James graduated from the Rolla High School in 1967. James was working at Holsum Bakery in Rolla before being drafted into the U.S. Army. After serving in the military, he then returned to Holsum Bakery. He also worked as an over the road truck driver for over 30 years. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, #213, of Rolla and several other Masonic organizations. He was a member of the South Central Shrine Club in Rolla and the Abou Ben Adhem Temple in Springfield, MO. James was also a member of VFW Post 2025 in Rolla and the First United Methodist Church in Rolla. James will be greatly missed by his surviving family which includes: his sister, Marjorie Salts of Rolla, MO and many friends. A memorial gathering for James D. Kittle will be held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at the Null and Son Funeral Home in Rolla. A Masonic service will be conducted at 6:30 p.m. Interment of ashes with full military honors will be conducted at Rolla City Cemetery on Thursday, November 3 at 11:00 a.m. Memorial contributions are suggested to the family to help with final expenses.
