He was born July 15, 1951 in Karnak, Illinois to the late Hobert O Barfield, Sr. and Delphine (Clay) Barfield. Services for Hobert Barfield will be held on Saturday January 7, 2023 at First Missionary Baptist Church in Mound City, Illinois. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the funeral hour at 12:00 pm. Funeral will follow at 12:00 pm. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Garden in Villa Ridge, Illinois. Professional services were Entrusted to Massie Funeral Home in Mounds, Illinois.
